Stayed in warm superior double room with a large comfortable bed. The room had a laptop safe, a mini-bar, and a sofa bed plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. Location: the hotel was very close to sightseeing as well as the main attractions. It also was in the mountains.

Somehow, I wasn't a big fan of the wooden furnishings. But hey, I know not everyone will feel the same way as me.

Candlelit tables, fragrant flowers, attentive staff. The spa is perfect for relaxation. Gourmet dishes and themed events make every meal special. The new romantic room is lovely. Papillon bar is a destination for atmosphere and enjoyment.

Smelling kitchen smoke is the ultimate luxury.

The location was ideal for a relaxing mountain retreat with easy access to nearby Lake Garda. the diverse breakfast menu and range of fine dining options were exceptional. the adults, only SPA facilities and the family, friendly pool with its playroom were a hit with my family.

The hotel was in a great location for the winter season, surrounded by beautiful mountains. The staff were friendly and always willing to assist us. The spa facilities were numerous and there was something for everyone. we enjoyed the festive decorations and Christmas activities organized by the hotel.

The room was not very cozy or inviting, with outdated furniture. The heating system didn't work properly and it was quite cold in the room.
